Create the right area plan for each scheme

Gross and rentable area plans

Why it matters. Revit will not let you create an Area Scheme. Creating a generic area view can silently pick the wrong scheme.

What VI MCP does. List the schemes the project already has, make the plan for the named one, draw the boundary and place the Area inside it.
