Export reliable COBie and gbXML data

COBie and gbXML handover

Why it matters. COBie usually means another add-in. gbXML is buried. IFC export needs an add-in that ships separately — and we say so, rather than failing late.

What VI MCP does. COBie and gbXML are included. IFC is checked first so a missing exporter is a sentence, not a crash. Drawings as DWG or PDF are the drawing export.
