Unused views, templates and imports

Why it matters. Deleting unused views and templates blind can strip a template someone was about to apply. The file is heavy and nobody knows which views still earn their keep.

What VI MCP does. The audit runs a real delete inside a transaction it rolls back, per kind, and reports the difference. Confirming recomputes — the likeliest thing between the scan and the purge is that you just applied one of those templates.
