Why it matters. A long plan needs dependents. After the first split the only index that reliably names the remaining unsplit part is 0, and an exact 0.5 / 0.5 is a known refusal.

What VI MCP does. Create dependents, assign scope boxes on plans (sections and elevations refuse — greyed out since 2023), split the crop. Matchlines are reported, not invented.
