Duplicate a view

Why it matters. You need a working plan next to the sheeted one. Duplicate with detailing, then rename, then hope the template still applies.

What VI MCP does. Duplicate, optional new name, then apply a template or copy 2D from the source. Unplaced copies are what manage-unplaced cleans up later.
