Revit offers Volume and a schedule. They disagree by a few percent on deformed bar because the solid includes the ribs. Three tools with three numbers is the failure.

Check bars against BS 8666
A bar that looks fine in 3D cannot be fabricated: too short, over stock, radius under twice the diameter, a crank the table does not allow.

Renumber reinforcement partitions
Rebar Number is read-only. Forcing numbers in place collides as soon as two bars swap. Parking at span + 1000 silently collides the moment a mark is four digits.
