Named print sets
The print set is rebuilt by hand before every issue. Save As of a name that exists throws; clearing Views in place does not work.

Revision clouds that reach no sheet
A cloud drawn in a view still prints when that view is on a sheet, so “in this view” says nothing about whether anyone will see it.

Put a revision on the right sheets
A revision reaches a sheet two ways and only one is writable. A no-op on half the set reads like a full success — drawings go out claiming a revision they do not carry.

Batch-create sheets
Forty typical-floor sheets, same title block, views dropped by hand. The list is a spreadsheet. The work is still in Revit.

Align viewports across sheets
Each sheet’s plan was placed by eye. Flip from Level 2 to Level 3 and the building slides. Reviewers notice. Clients notice.
