Why it matters. The electrical review is where you discover forty lights that were never on a circuit. Creating a system needs an unused connector; one already-circuited fixture can take the whole batch down.

What VI MCP does. Narrow the set to uncircuited members, then create. Ineligible fixtures are named and skipped so a 40-set with three already on a circuit still circuits the other 37.
