Named print sets

Why it matters. The print set is rebuilt by hand before every issue. Save As of a name that exists throws; clearing Views in place does not work.

What VI MCP does. Name the set, point at the sheets, confirm. The named set exists afterwards with the member count you just approved. Paper print is refused on purpose.
