Why it matters. Colouring by fire rating or status is how you see the gaps. Random colours on every re-run force everyone to re-learn the drawing.
What VI MCP does. Colouring walks hues so neighbours stay apart as values are added, and a re-run does not reshuffle the legend. Live room colouring is a color fill scheme — this is an override on a found set.
