Why it matters. A cloud drawn in a view still prints when that view is on a sheet, so “in this view” says nothing about whether anyone will see it.

What VI MCP does. Ask for unplaced clouds. You get the ones that reach no sheet at all — isolate them, or delete them, after you look.
