Spot elevations and coordinates
Why it matters. The agent cannot know a view’s origin, so a view-plane [u, v] is not a usable contract. Sections make it worse.
What VI MCP does. You send model coordinates. In a section the plugin projects onto the view plane. Top-face semantics stay in sections; a vertical face is refused, which is also what the Revit UI does.
Try this prompt
“Spot-elevate the top of these slabs in the section.”
