Audit unplaced and unenclosed rooms

Typical counters lump every zero-area room into one number, so unplaced and not enclosed hide in the same bucket.

Draw room separation lines

There is no separator object to create. Curves that miss the plan’s sketch plane land at zero and do not bound anything.

Colour a plan by a parameter

Painting rooms by department with a graphic override dies the moment someone renames a room. The legend is a screenshot.

Gross and rentable area plans

Revit will not let you create an Area Scheme. Creating a generic area view can silently pick the wrong scheme.

Create MEP spaces from rooms

A room is the architect’s. A space is what loads and airflow hang off. When the linked model moves, the spaces do not, and heating will not calculate.

HVAC zones from spaces

A newer Revit path would mint an Analyze System Zone that cannot start empty and needs a type. Silently creating that is the wrong object.
