Worksets and who owns what
A shared-model bulk edit fails halfway because half the walls belong to someone else. Checkout cannot run inside the transaction the host already opened.

COBie and gbXML handover
COBie usually means another add-in. gbXML is buried. IFC export needs an add-in that ships separately — and we say so, rather than failing late.
